Tarhunt
It's cheaper for me to hunt in Virginia then, to hunt in NJ. Pretty sad. Shootemandmountem and Capt Hook 2 "The Nation Which Forgets Its Defenders, Will Itself Be Forgotten".

Rusty
I only get an archery license and 1 extended bow permit, with buck tag, so around $85. I used to really enjoy muzzle loader but it got too expensive.
Cedars
Used to do them all. Today - All around, trout stamp, bow permit.
Merkel
All-Around, permits for bow, SG and turkey, waterfowl stamps
Devil Horns
Around $300-$350 for me annually. Includes all around license, waterfowl stamps, bow permits for 2 zones with a buck tag, fall turkey permit, shotgun permit with buck tag, and 2 spring turkey permits. Then add another $200-225 for deer permits, HIP, and turkey permits for my two sons. So all said and done I spend about $550-$600 annually in NJ licenses. CJ3a
I pay way more than it is worth considering how the state manages the deer hunting. I spent most of my money on hunting and fishing. The rest I just wasted.

TDietz
Why? multiple reasons. I kind of figured I spent less than average, maybe not. Seems that most here are did-satisfied with NJ management and I wondered how much they were willing to pay for their dis-satisfaction. And I know it's only a small percentage of the total hunters that post here, but I respect their opinions and figure it's a pretty good representation of what's going on statewide. without me, my rifle is nothing
1957Buck
No need for Fishing Lic. or stamp ( Senior Lic. free ) Lifetime Senior Clam Lic. $6. ???, Deer Road Kill Lic. Free.
Tarhunt
Tolls Gas Lodging Food Nonresident Lic. Are you sure???? Yep. I stay at my mom's. In Virginia, if you hunt your own land then, you don't need a license. You are allowed 6 deer per license year and three have to be does. You can shoot them during any season. So, we shoot them during the muzzle loader season all at once. Shootemandmountem 1 "The Nation Which Forgets Its Defenders, Will Itself Be Forgotten".
