6 Day - 7 Point

It's been a few years since I took a buck during the gun season.

 

Yesterday I was on the fence whether to sit all day or not but I gutted it out.

 

After a quiet, cold morning I had a button buck come and mill around for about an hour at 1 PM. At 3 PM, 5 does came in with this buck following. He turn broadside at 35 yards and the rest is history...so they say.

 

Felt good to hear the sound of the gun go off.

 

Good day, good season for me.
