Chicken Drumstick smoker rack

New addition to the pit boss . Drumstick smoker rack .

allows much more even smoking and cooking .

Dry rub , 2 hours on the smoker then caramelized barbecue sauce for 15 minutes .

 

barbecued fresh pineapple with butter,  brown sugar , and cinnamon on the side

Yes , smoker keeps them from drying out .

very similar to rotisserie chicken , but with great smoked flavor

Looks like a cool tool I usually bone them down into lollipops so they stand on their own. I might have to get me one of them. And I love barbecued pineapple might have to do one today it’s been a while

I have them and never used them.
