Field trials are a different story when dogs are run in a brace and you are paired with another you dont know, they can be distracting BUT THAT A FIELD TRIAL.

Personally I loved the upland g3 beeper and hawk screech. I switched to GPS tracker now and use a bell and the GPS.

The bells are hard to hear for me.

Also they are a PIA to secure.

But I use them on both my britts.

Great looking dogs! We almost got a Brittany years ago. Went with English Springer back in 1983. Paid 150 Bucks! Tough as nails. Passed at 13.
