Bananas on the boat....good or bad?

  Took my uncle out fluking today and one of the thing he bought this morning was a banana. Supposedly bad luck for fishing but we make our own luck. We caught 132 fluke keeping 4 slots and one over. But threw back one 18.5" and 4 other slot fish. Didn't want to keep one unless it was over 20". I guess bananas are bad luck then we should have caught 200 plus today and a big one

I don’t even eat a banana for breakfast before my club bass tournaments!!  But that didn’t help me last week boat swinging a 3.5 lber from one side of the boat right over to the other side of the boat and off she went!!  Ugh. Would’ve took lunker $ w that fish. SMH
