Thanks! Yeah we were in the mood for a change from chicken and venison every night so we threw this together.

That's a good looking bunch of ramps. I've had zero luck finding them in south Jersey.

Just threw a corned beef on the Weber 26 to smoke over pecan and hickory.  I coated it in fresh cracked pepper and some garlic powder.  Making homemade pastrami... I hate taking the lid off to check, but I had to snap a pic. It made the wood chunks flare up for a second. 

Holding tight at 226 right now after 40 minutes.
