The Clan Got It Done Tonight

Went out this afternoon on a whim with my 15 year old and his friend . I set up close by and left them in a blind. I was hoping all night that they'd at least see something and maybe connect. His friend has sit out with us before but never got to witness the entire HUNT . Well as luck would have it, a 6 offered me a 20 yd shot from a home made blind at last light (6:24 pm) and this being the 2nd time I've been out all season I took it. We tracked it for about 40 min in the dark though some swampy area and I believe this was my proudest moment , watching my son track in some thick stuff where I lost it he picked it up , Just great Team Work !!! I'm glad his buddy experienced it, coming full circle and loved ever minute. He's hooked !!! No woods shots but here's one at the pole With both my boys and his buddy
