BIG shark for a little girl

Went back out this afternoon with my daughter to target more sharks off the surf. Conditions were rough so I was a little skeptical of how we would do. Since there were a lot of sharks around in the morning, I figured She would tangle with something this evening. Within 10 minutes, she hooks a small brown shark and reels it in by herself after a nice 10 minute fight. We lost two other sharks in the meantime. She finally gets a good run and sets the hook. I see the concerned look on her face as she is fighting this fish taking out lots of line. She said it's feels really big Dad! After a long 30 minute battle, she gets this BIG sand tiger shark in the suds close enough for me to head into the water and drag her out. Very heavy fish and a tired little girl. It always amazes me how this 10 year old girl handles big fish like a pro. After some quick pics, I successfully released the shark back into the water as she swam away strong. Congratulations Gianna!!
