Every year at the UBNJ Jamboree we have a council pot luck dinner on Saturday night. It's a time we get to relax and just hangout and have a good time. Here is my contribution to the dinner

 

Cutlets pounded out thin

 

Flour, egg wash, breadcrumbs

 

Fried up in good olive oil

 

 

Finished product made extra for tonight's dinner

looks really good. i love veal parm. i havent tried vension parm yet. i will have to this year. i just ate the last piece of vension in my freezer last week. have fun at the UBNJ jamboree

Mama mia, I hopa thats fresh mozzarella, Extra virgin olive oil and a nice bottle of Ruffino Riserva Ducale Chianti to finish off a nice Cuban Cohiba.....
