Possible arrowhead? Or practice point?

Took the family out searching today, not the best conditions didn't get the rain I was hoping for but gave it a shot.  Found a bunch of flaked and found this doesn't seem right but it'd got these nice notches and the shape.  Seeing what others think.

That's what I thought too that's why I was thinking a practice point the notches on the side were the reason I thought it might be something  like that

Very far from being a point, but it is always nice being outside looking.

Notches in it don't look  natural.  Might have been a hammer head or other tool that broke or broke when being made and never finished
