Thanks for this post. Youre.makimg me psyched to get out there. In fact, you caught me at work in NYC but I'm tempted to grab the rod in the corner of my office and run out to Little Neck Bay or the east River.

Nice. I recognize those spots, my home ramp, very good spring so far.

@jfc1 - maybe don’t go out in NY. Unless you want a fine. Ny opens April 15. Unless the Hudson, April 1 north of the gwb.

Thanks, but as I understand it you can fish in NY now, but you can't keep anything. My friends tell me the Hudson is really doing well and there are some 30" fish getting caught in westernmost bays of LI Sound
