Or try replacing the "au just gravy mix" with either a low sodium beef or even chicken stock or a bone stock you make yourself.  But first caramelize some onions, garlic, celery a little carrot and then pour in stock and simmer slowly w bay leaves, basil, thyme for an hr or 2.    Do final salt only close to end of cook.  Commercial mixes and stocks often have way too much salt.
