Just got done rubbing up the Hatfield with Jake's pork/coffee rub. Wrapped it in Saran Wrap and put in the fridge...Will be going in the smoker at 4am on Saturday so it will be ready by 3-4pm....Going to be a good time boys. Looking forward to the Indian Candy, Samoa's, Windy Brow warm Apple Pie, list goes on and on.....

3Blade will be instructing on Axe throwing. Maybe Haskell Hunter can post the tutorial up afterwards....Perhaps we should leave the dogs inside....

Mark, if you are coming remind me to get the black squirrel to you....(frozen)

Awesome....Turkey cutlets in the oven right now and the pork shoulder going into the smoker at 4am.....

You should be leaving in an hour to make it up here by 2pm.....
