In my opinion if you're not going to use it don't bother starting it when its this cold because that can create bigger problems internally,wait for it to warm up

As long as you're up on regular maintenance you shouldn't have any issues.  Spent lube oil turns to molasses in this weather making for harder cranking.

When it turns into molasses new or old it takes the oil longer to make it through the engine,internal parts are turning with no lubricant causing wear. Also leave additional time for warm up, start and goes are the worst when its cold

Im sure if its a loud vehicle and let it idle for 20 minutes and you have an A-HOLE neighbor that calls the police you might get one

Got the locks open yesterday afternoon.  Used a torch on the key and that did the trick.

I hate winter!!!
