  1. This sucks. We have a crappy neighbor but luckily I don't have to interact with her. The other neighbor with the crappy kids is moving in 2 weeks. Its a shame because on Sundays we would chat over a glass of wine or a beer. But when is kid became about 4 he was a pile of dog doo to deal with, like throwing rocks at me, trying to hit me with sticks and the father would do noting. I hope when that kid gets into school he learns a lesson real quick because the parents are doing anything.
  2. Too many factors here to nail down a price. I have done quite a few commercial builds. Currently doing an indoor waterpark and 324 room hotel. If you want to chat via PM we can.
  3. Not sure if you have bought all your base, casing, and crown but I have a friend that has a shop that has 1000’s of profiles and his prices for poplar trim are cheaper than most places sell primed MDF for. Also his blades are very sharp thus the profiles are more crisp unlike mass production blades that get dull. PM me if you want his info. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Sounds good. I somewhat understand your pain on a smaller scale. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Slowly chugging along. This is the start of the trim work. There is a cap that also goes around the trim. This is a custom blade/profile that I have that matches the rest of the house. Will be ordering the hardwood floors next month. Goal at this point is to be done late summer including the landscaping/deck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I have 2 pairs of Oakley’s. One with a red lens, one with blue. I keep them both tucked into my visor so they don’t get scratched. Depending on time of day, snow, golf, fishing, driving into sun, etc. They have their differences. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. Maybe reading too many articles about Robert Kraft. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. If she was manscaping you, you wouldn’t complain. Well maybe a few days later when you get itchy you might complain. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. I was talking to a Chef at a place that I frequented about recently killing an Elk (about 5 years ago). He asked me for some meat. I gave him a nice roast being the nice guy that I am....... Two days later he had it on the specials listed as "Wild Wyoming Elk Roast" $29.99.... I was not a happy camper. He pulled it off the menu. He did sell about 4 plates of it, I tried it and he did an excellent job but I had to explain to him that that was not a good idea.
  10. Occasionally I stop by Whole Foods to see if they have dry aged steaks available. Yesterday they had some. If you ever get a craving for a good steak I highly recommend them. During the winter I like to pan sear my steaks then finish them off in the oven on broil. . Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Regarding the hot coffee. You should read up on the facts of that case. Let’s just say there were over 700 complaints about people getting burned and the temps they served the coffee was around 180 degrees. The lady who sued had to have skin grafts and 3rd degree burns. https://www.caoc.org/?pg=facts Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. There are flaws in the way that is written. When is the last time you killed a deer “at” an event. Usually you kill a deer in the woods and the bring the deer “to” the event. But who knows I only stayed in a Ramada last night. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Well for water heaters the town wants to know when you are changing them... That being said post a free scrap add on Craig’s list using a neighbors address and it will be gone within an hour. Delete the add once picked up. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. I have test driven the 2019 1500’s (new body) but know that old body styles have extreme discounts. Depending on discount will sway my decision. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. I am considering buying a 2019 2500 Diesel once the new body style starts to show up on lots. They should be dropping the price on the 2019’s substantially. They have dropped the 1500’s over $12k... Are there any guys on here that are running a Duramax. Not willing to entertain any other brands. This will be a long term vehicle as I am looking to hold onto for 10+ years. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
