Congrats on the project. My small trophy room is filled to capacity. I want to go back to South Africa for a few more but I don't know WTF to do with them. LOL

Started stripping back the asbestos and old siding. Keeping it wet, wearing PPE.

Tomorrow the hairy crap starts. Got to strap in and remove siding and one window on second floor where new roof ties in.

Got a good start after legal time and removed the second floor 2 layers of siding. Stucco is going on CMU. Framing to start and possibly finish tomorrow.

Framing is always big and impressive milestone. It feels like huge amount of work completed in lightening speed. Unfortunately, and I hope this is not the case on your project, this milestone usually signifies big time slow down. What come after is slow, with multiple different trades, making it a challenge to maintain momentum.
Anyway, it looks great, keep posting.

Goal is to get water tight within 4 weeks (before Elk and Mule Deer season). Then take my time and wrap up by Thanksgiving.
