Vegetable gardens

I don't have a cool garden like some of you other folks, but I do grow some perennials (because I am too lazy to take care of annuals).

 

This year is going to be a bumper crop year for hazelnuts.  I've been growing them for about 17 years now, and I've never had more on the bush in previous years.

We have a nut brown ale, but I'm sure we could do something with the hazelnuts.  That is if the squirrels don't eat them all the week before harvest.

Garden is filling nicely. Have tomatoes a couple plants now. I had one plant that I transferred from a pot I had has some good size tomatoes already.

Takes about three years.  They'll grow about 20' tall in their prime.

Gardens are looking good especially gobblergetters.

Greybeard it's looking good. Friend of mine has been picking zucchini for the past week. He said they grow a inch a day

My wife likes them around 9-10 inches.  They will pass that quickly.  I have to check it everyday.

Looking good!  Planted mine around mothers day(small plants), and they're not close to yours.

 

Huckleberries are turning.  The fight is on with the birds.

They look like blueberries? I always pick wild huckleberries every year.
