It's not tanned into leather, but it won't lose its hair. Squirrels have such thin skin if soaked in denatured alcohol it will tighten up the skin and lock down the fur so it doesn't slip.. reason I chose this method is for speed and price.

Prefit, made the rugs hell out of the lifesize, and fleshed the skin clean.

Time to dry. It should dry very quick, not much to it..

I hope to ship it to the rugger early next week so we can get it back asap.
