I love Lake George. My favorite place in the world. Beautiful lake with a lot to do in the area including amusement parks, outlet shopping, restaurants, etc. I’ve got a place off water in the northern basin. Not as much to do up there but a lot quieter and less crowded.

A blast. Lots of jumping and dancing on the water.

Went out of St Lucie inlet Sunday am with my son and his girlfriend. Brought in my first sailfish. Ended up with 2 sails and 2 mahi for dinner.

I’m always impressed by well done bear and predator mounts ( fox ,coyote, mountain lions etc). Those animals are more expressive when alive. To capture that takes real skill.

If thus is who I think it is its really sad to look at the picks on his webpage. Some trusted him with their brown bear and what looks like a Marco Polo ram. They spent big dollars on that hunt and those mounts are just as bad as this one. I’d be pissed. fortunately I know a good taxidermist in Sussex County 😁

I still hunt out there every year for deer season. A group of us stay near Galeton and I hunt up in Sabinsville. Beautiful country out there and hasn’t changed much in the last 40 years.

Take a look at Wellsboro Pa in Tioga County. Beautiful town with gas lamps along main street, big hospital, and near Pa Grand Canyon. Been going there since I was a kid deer hunting. Surrounded by state game lands and state forest.

Just in time for our elections. The media will have a field day analyzing this film. Wait until they start comparing it to January 6th.

I believe that there is a bit of controversy between the researchers in NY and the American Chestnut Society over the genetics of the NY trees. In one study the trees were stunted compared to other varieties. I don’t remember the details of the article but it seems the NY state researchers are trying to push this through. (Reminded me of some vaccine that came out a could years ago)

Used Trophy Ridge Outfitters in 2014. My son, daughter and I all got our pronghorns on first day. Nice camp. He’s usually at the Harrisburg Show every year.

Evidence that antler point restrictions work. If NJ limited legal bucks to at least 7 points a side we could all be shooting 200 inch deer. 😁

Chased this guy a bunch of years. Last saw him on the hoof in 2019 but had trail cam pics almost nightly during the season. I know one of the guys on here got him this year.
