Cold morning in  my ground spot.  Saw a bunch of deer. Stood up after 3 hours took one step and went down hard on a pile of rocks, backwards! lol  One of the rocks rolled as I stepped on it, steep slope. Guess I was colder than I thought. lol I had so many layers of clothes on that the padding saved me. Do they make safety harnesses for ground hunting! WTF!!! I'm getting fing old!! Still go a lot left though!!!

Out in 17 on a piece I normally predator hunt . Tons of dog tracks in the snow, we will see what the deer do with this snow

Out in the catskills.cold as hell and plenty of snow.wouldnt mind a doe for the freezer but there a lot of coyote tracks and I think I'd like it just as much to take one of those out.

Didn't hunt but put a ground blind back in after the orange army has gone thru. Put a couple cameras back in to see what survived. Did it now before the snow otherwise someone would follow the tracks and steal my gear. Gotta love public land hunting. Did see some yote tracks so I'm not happy about that.

Tracked a bear for 4 hrs, came close twice but never offered a clean shot. I had to give up at 2pm to pick up kids from school. I’ll finish what I started tomorrow!!
