Time For A New Water Heater

Old one is leaking, picked up this one from Home Depot, Kyle screen name on here is  Beenthere will be installing it either tonight or tomorrow night . He fixed my gas dryer, great guy !!! If you need appliances, water heater, etc. I highly recommend you hire him,  he does great work, he can get parts or products for you if need be. 

I got the water heater myself cause I had a credit at Home Depot, otherwise he was getting it for me

I replaced mine last week that one must of set you back around 1200.00. I got a A O Smith from Lowe’s that only had a 6 year warranty it cost me 600.00. Seems to be a hundred dollars a year they wanted 1200 for the 12 year I probably should’ve gotten the 12

Good luck I have NJR Home services It in Not NJNG They handle the Sale Instalation - Disposal and a servce contract all Permits and Gas & Electric Township inspectors.

Why? I'm living on borrowed time mine is over 18 years old, it's a Bradford White Defender. Maybe I answered my own question? Planning on changing it out very soon.
