Decent day on the water

Hit the bay yesterday at first light, it was a  chilly 32 degrees when we launch, I took my time going down river searching for some life but couldn't find any. Searched around in the back bay and that appeared to be void of life as well so we headed out into the bay and found a couple of hungry schools of stripers, boated 12 and lost a few using jigging spoons, mojos and had a brief shot on top until the boats pushed them down.  Just another nice day on the water!

Corrected, we were using spoons But the  newby with me did loose a spoon on the first fish, looked like his knot slipped
