Is that the Bear Alaskan in the elk picture TD?

Marti Lynx I believe it was. 1988 shot this buck with it later that year

1982 Me and Bob, second year you could shoot 2 bucks during bow season? Passed one up for the first time that year between the spike and 6 pt. Think I'm around 500 now

Ok, that's cool too.

kind of a POS. after I wore out the second pair of limbs Martin started balking about replacing them insinuating I was shooting too light of an arrow, under 300grs, when in actuality I was shooting full length 2219s that had the end swaged with a 160 gr Snuffer epoxied on. Took a lot to stop one. I shot that spike bull at 73 yards behind his last rib on his right side and it exited in front of his left shoulder. yeah, I can't be too critical when I see young fellers shootin stuff at long range on tv

These are a couple of pics of my son's 1st deer and small game he has taken.

His first deer was a doe he dropped with the 220 when he was 10 (2 years ago).

The birds are his first pheasants from Flatbrook .

His first buck he took with the muzzleloader and the story behind it is unbelievable involving the sheds...... https://www.njwoodsandwater.com/topic/6985-sons-1st-muzzleloader-deer/?hl=%2B1st+%2Bmuzzleloader+%2Bdeer

The last few pics are of this past season including his youth day turkey, youth day doe and his 5 pointer he took on the last day of 6 day shotgun.

Hoping to add to the memories and good times going forward.
