This one made me happy not a big buck but late winter bow on the ground no pop up blind or anything like that and with a longbow I didn't mess up at all but you could say he did, also he fell in site.

Some more pics representing good days gone by. The good size bucks and Alaska fish need no explanation but why a small doe and a News Paper in the back of a Subaru?

This may be my hardiest won trophy as I know no one who worked harder or longer for "Sunday Bow" than I did and she was my first Sunday bow kill.

Last permit shotgun season. Had hard luck all bow season so I was fortunate to fill the freezer with these two nice doe. FYI- I took off some clothes, including my orange vest, because I got hot dragging the deer.

I ranged him at 38 yards took two steps back made the shot at 40, just at the limit of my practice and ability.
