Don’t kid your self  it could be  in-forced as it has  been in the mid- Atlantic in certain areas for some time now for the right whales. And that sanctuary off shore will destroy the life’s of more then a few hook and line guys.  We have some of the most productive waters off or cost that if they close down commercial fishing in that area it will effect the whole country yes that’s right the whole country. I kid you not. Most on here are clueless. But yes it can and has been enforced for some time now they are just expanding the area to the whole ocean. And again don’t kid your it can be enforced

I propose a bill to put solar panels on top of the White House how far do you think it will go
