Fantastic Pizza !!!!

My wife's cousin invited us to pizzeria he works at, he's the chef there. So we went, and drove the 90 minutes to Edgewater.  I haven't been in Edgewater in about 25 years, holy cow did it change, and built up for the better. 

So Antonio comes out from kitchen we brought a couple bottles of wine, he makes his own mozzarella, so we had that and he put together a great bruschetta,  then he made us his GRANDMA PIE.....the crust was cooked to perfection, light, and crispy,  he makes his own sauce which was great, and his mozzarella complemented this pie to perfection. If ever in the area, try this place.

Looks great! As an aside, I lived in Edgewater when there was only one high rise apartment complex and it was considered the armpit of Bergen County.  It sure has changed.
