Exactly, it makes sense that if you can hunt in the state with a rifle for coyote that you now have a place to go and sight in in.

Damn....I guess it's fair game for rifles. I will still use range 14 but it will be nice to have another option.

Just like NJ stupidity... this allows for rifles not legal for hunting like 6.5CM, 7mm-08... etc. But you know what it doesn't say... Rimfires allowed...

Digest says 25 caliber or larger with maximum bullet weight of 80grains. So in essence... yes. It used to be max of 30cal and 100gr which used to allow me to use my 270mag which was a lot of fun

The link I posted does say rimfire allowed

Muzzleloader is for muzzleloading firearms, shotguns with rifled slugs or buckshot, modern .17 and .22 caliber rimfire rifles, and air-guns in the calibers legal for small game hunting only.
