38 degrees with a SSW wind here in Mt Salem. Will be out for another all day sit in DMZ 2. After an eventful Monday, I'm looking forward to getting in the stand. Good luck all!

Just had a 5 point sneak in behind me. With all the road noise from rt 80 I never heard him. Have a small bear by me now.

Watching a fox flip a chipmunk up in the air over and over again while he is also jumping up in air and pouncing on it. Comical. Meanwhile I am dealing with some serious flatulence. Figured with S wind and scent blowing behind me to direction that a single deer has never come from I will release the pressure valve. All of a sudden the fox picks up his  chipmunk and runs like hell. Here comes a rack direct downwind of me. He stops. Nose in the air. And continues right past me. A split brow that I have now passed 3 times. Ready for my thermos of coffee now!

Buck down. Thought he was bigger, but I'll take it. 7 pter w the little kicker. Cool rack. Only second buck with the Mathews. Blew heart right out. Reaper style

Almost a repeat of last evening. Good buck pushing a doe around in the lower section of the field while a spike and two does watched. I've since moved to a stand in the swamp below the field. Got all three of my target bucks on cam last night. It's still on boys!
