Had buck come thru at 15 yds at first light. Couldnt tell if he was a shooter.

Representing the souther boys out in zone 47, had some movement before light that’s it so far. I’m going to try and blind call in a bit.

Been surround by  live bait since before I could  see them. Munching loudly on red acorns. Then at daylight feeding 360 all around my perimeter. The woods is alive with color and deer. 3 breeder doe and 2 fawns.  I figured I be hearing a grunt any minute but this hunt is boneless so far

Finally got a spot picked out.  Not any buck sign around  where I'm trying this morning. But it looks like a few trails converge here and go into the thick patch behind me.  If the bucks start chasing, the doe may head up from below me .

Heading in at 1. in zone 37. gonna hunt in 13d today. Some nice bucks coming and going from swamp to oaks

Same dink half rack as yesterday morn. He is the only buck in this big woods. It’s just not happening here yet. Getting down soon
