Venison Quesadilla Burger and fries

Chopped venison mixed with peppers, onion, chili powder and a little bit of rub from a bbq place in PA called Kundlas. Browned the patty on a skillet. Slapped the patty between 2 tortillas and added pepper jack cheese. Tossed it in the oven for the last 5 minutes of the fries cooking. Had ranch on the side for dipping the fries.
