With all the (possibly) youth hunters there should be 40 deer down around me, I have not heard a lone shot yet, all emptied their guns... I have not seen anything yet, all spooked

Trying the decoy again.  Have had yearling bucks check it out each time....hoping for a bigger one

Well hunting up off the Appalachian Trail overlooking Mrs B’s  campground, DONT know what it’s called today. No tracks on the AT as I crossed it, think they closed Crater Lake rd by Blue Mountain lakes parking lot. Saw 3 sets of bear tracks on my hike up , about 11 inches on top and on the Pennsylvania side still just powder no melt, actually had a scrape opened up by my stand last night thru 11 inches of snow !

Hearing very few shots down by Flatbrook area, don’t know if it’s chicken hunters or guys sighting in there muzzleloaders for next Monday ,

I planned on a all day sit. Saw one doe around 1130 and one around noon. Then came had 4 doe and 2 small bucks come between 1-1:20pm

Got down for lunch at 11 and just got back in and had fresh tracks by my stand
