Venison Cheesesteak is what's for lunch

Picked my deer up at the butcher yesterday and decided on cheesesteak for lunch. I added some sauteed mushroom, black pepper and three cheese mix on fresh thick cut multi-grain bread some ketchup...mmm..mmm good

I agree. We love venison cheese steaks. My wife starts with a pound of beacon. ( Not saying this sandwich is healthy) 😂. Then puts the venison chip steak in the pan on top of the bacon. She uses American cheese and provolone. We buy a long seeded roll and she makes garlic bread cheese steaks! Yummy!

With all the cheesesteak talk decided to fire up the blackstone and try it for myself..let’s say  this will be something I will add to the menu 👍🏽

Blackstone is by far the best way to cook a good cheese steak!

I'm glad I read this at 7:40AM.  I doubled on Friday with one sausage and one young doe.  I know what lunch will be today.
