Yea I’m sure you’ve seen plenty law breakers in you job am also sure you’ve seen plenty of corruption within the federal EPA. And  you’re right it’s always about the money. And I’m sure this guy will be out of business rightfully so. Both fluke and black bass are not federally regulated so that’s pretty much a fine that most likely will be pleaded down in municipal court but the feds will hang him for fraud for  Falsifying his log book.
