Fried white perch….no bread crumbs, so I used Stove Top stuffing mix…OMG!!

My bro gave me some white perch n we didn’t have any bread crumbs…so I put filets in flour…dunked in egg mix…n coated them in some partially crushed up Stove Top stuffing mix…& fried em up!!
 

I couldn’t stop eating these things and almost forgot to snap a pic!!


I need to try this w venison, chicken, etc cutlets!!

Definitely worth a try!  I spent a few minutes pressing down on bag of stove top to crush em smaller…& I figured it was enough after a few mins even tho there were some big crumbs left….turns out these bigger crumbs are what makes it extra special n popping with CRUNCH!!!
