Finally got some Bassin in!

Finally got out to do some bass fishing this weekend. I hit Spruce Run on Father’s Day with my son. We each only caught one but it was great being out there. Bass were tough to find in the heat.

I then took my Father out today to my favorite lake in “zone 5” and we hit them pretty good on jerk bait in deeper water. Another great day!

Also caught a snapping turtle on a top water torpedo

Nice job.  Bass can be tough at times right after the spawn, but in a week or so they should be on the feed good.
