FID "purchase" or "purchase and carry"

just go online and try to apply see what happens I  can say when my wife did apply in January in order to continue she had to click on FID also. maybe that was a glitch idk..

If you want a handgun and have a FID they know that you were fingerprinted.  If you want a handgun and for some reason do not want to apply for a FID you will need the permit to purchase and be fingerprinted.

Not that I think it's an argument, just that it hit 7 pages quickly and it's a topic that would turn out differently in every court if one of us got in a bind over our FIDs.  It just shows how bored everyone is.  Fishing is here and now!

Correct. It is also valid for 3 points of ID while renewing your driver's license at DMV
