Attaching two pieces of pipes

I know this is a very exciting topic. Lol I want to attach this cross bar to my swingset for a pull-up bar. How do I connect the two metal poles?

I would clamp it drill a hole through both pipes and bolt it. make sure the bolt fits tight through both pipes

Bolt it like muzzy said Fence company might have some kind of clamp. Weld it. U bolt

Drill and bolt it or maybe use  U-bolts if you don't feel like drilling

The pull up bar has another pipe inserted inside and welded in.   Pretty heavy, might not be good to drill.  Maybe I'll try some U bolts.

If it were me and you cant weld it they do make numerous  pipe clamps for your situation. They should  hold well enough for a while. But I believe after all the vibration and jolts of doing pull ups they may loosen up. 

So either keep an eye on it or I'd add a secondary safety underneath  the pull up bar/ and the clamp holding it. Look for a 90degree angle with bolts. After horizontal pull up bar is fastened install the angle underneath  it. Displace the weight among multiple  clamps instead of just one or two.

After looking at it you have 2 different  size diameter pipes. Mite be tuff finding the correct clamps

Something like this Mark . Drill holes through larger diameter pipe and bolt on .  Would have to be a heavy gauge metal .
