If it affected his antler, then it's an old injury that he is coping well with. No sign of him being physically sick beyond that. I would kill him. Not because of his injury, but because he's a nice deer. If you are waiting for his antlers to get bigger, they may be deformed and not matter.

He is a cool buck but never in my yard during daylight hours.  Nice size deer for a pine buck

If you shoot him after Dark, I think that is called poaching >

Interesting. Maybe because of the extended time he had the injury, the body was considering it "normal" and not effecting antler growth. :hmmmer:

Maybe, don’t know much about it but he eventually seemed un phased by the injury. Just became part of his life
