@Sorry not sorry can you confirm whomever you are getting info from caught OP in the act of hunting on township property?  Somehow I sense that isn't the case, unless OP is unaware of NO HUNTING on township property (doubtful he is unaware) and is mistakenly pursuing this all aggressively in error.

From what I've heard it's several people having yhd issue of being bullied off properties in a couple different towns not just Marlboro and the offender is than using their cam pics and hunting himself.   Also stolen items and vandalism to cams stands etc.  Again its hearsay but with multiple complaints,   I'd say there's more than a coincidence

There is minimal at best of township property that is legally huntable within F&G guidelines most of the land is privately owned if you look at an app called ONx it shows you a platte map (tax Map) shows property lines and ownership

and all the property on that stretch is privately owned or is part of a federal superfund site

@Sorry not sorry said he is hunting township land but has yet to confirm whether the police officer caught him in the act of hunting or merely assumed he was.  He also said OP has permission from a private land owner.

there need to be a complaint for them to do anything and i would imagine you would have to be in uniform in a cruiser on duty all of which he was not

But @Sorry not sorry said @NJ Bow Ninja was hunting on township property, which is illegal, no?  Maybe he can't charge while off duty, but police are in full control of township property, no?  They don't need a complaint.  Either way, still no confirmation @NJ Bow Ninja was caught in the ACT of hunting (or admitted to it) while on township property, nor that the township property has a NO HUNTING ordinance.  Lots of facts we're still waiting on.
