I checked a camera at lunchtime and kicked up a decent buck bedded 5 feet off an access road I walk in on. He jumped up and ran about 20 yards and stood there broadside for about a minute before walking off. I had a clear shot at him... but I did not listen to my own advise to always bring your bow with you while checking a camera.

I’m hunting a hunterdon county park and they make you shoot a doe first. Good luck to you too

Out if zone 8...sick with some sort of head cold sinus is all backed up snot dripping out my nose but figured this was more relaxing than 3 kids yelling at me after work lol.
