Dusting off my 22-250

Time to thin the fox population. As soon as the fox population dropped on the farm Turkey returned at great numbers. I am loading new batteries into my caller, getting out early to sight my gun,(it will only take one single shot), and I should be set and calling by 2. We have coyotes as well but in three years of calling I have never seen one.

Anyone is hunting today, it should be a nice day to be out,

Yes its is. My favorite round and my favorite gun to shoot.

Its my therapy after deer season ends, chasing groundhogs all summer long.

good luck taking those fox out!     I agree that the v-max bullet is an awesome round.    If you are looking to help your turkey population, take out the raccoons as well.

They go down as well but mostly during deer season

Got 2 fox this morning, now that you mention it! Other than turkey hunting, which runs neck-n-neck, predator hunting is my fave. Got way too hot this afternoon though but, nice sitting outside anyway
