Purchasing new rifle

My suggestion would be to go with a new Muzzleloader to use in Jersey as well, like other guys have said..........

After purchasing the new Accura Mountain Rifle this year, I only used BLACKHORN 209 propellant in it, and will never look back. (Clean with almost zero residue, high velocity, no cleaning the bore between shots, etc).

The bullet velocities and accuracy from the new muzzleloaders on the market are literally phenomenal...

If you are going to hunt hogs the ideal gun is a semi-auto .308 like an AR-10. However, I don't think you can hunt with a semi-auto high power rifle in PA.

A muzzleloader permit and buck tag plus the NJ hunting license is no bargain.  It is almost as much as an NYS big game license that has Sunday hunting. If you get a flintlock, PA has a flintlock only season. This past flintlock season was 12/26-1/9.
