Dressed up the Savage

I bought a new Savage 116 in 2005.  It came with the plain, ugly, cheap, plastic stock.  I never cared for it.  Last month for S#!t$ and giggles, I started researching different painting methods I could use to dress it up a bit.  YouTube was a big help.   After a bit of testing on a junk stock, I started on the actual stock a couple of weeks ago.  I just finished it up this morning.  I like it!  It looks way better than the original ugliness.  My wife made the stencil for the old Savage logo.  My only gripe is that I couldn't find a clearcoat without any sheen.  I tried FLAT and DEAD-FLAT but they were exactly the same.  I would call them Satin.  Definitely, not flat.   I used Rustoleum camo paints and clearcoat.  I don't expect it to last forever.
