They grow up fast, don't they Tarhunt?

Yes, they do. My oldest is almost 21 and my youngest just turned 14. Where does the time go? It isn't fair sometimes.

He can't wait to be big enough to hunt with me!

He is big enough.  Take him in a blind with you for a hour at a time.  I'll bet he would LOVE it and who cares if you don't shoot a deer. Hunting isn't always about walking out with an animal.

I caught my 3 year old sneaking around the living room the other night. When I said what are you doing he said shhhhhh. I am hunting and just shot a big buck. Then he made believe to cut it up and put it on his make shift bbq.

He can't wait to come. I can't take him because I have to take my big guy first. He's 5. And a noisy sob. Bit of a k uckle head to. I figure next year. I have had them at my camp. They thought they were hunting. Good fun. I have been at it since I'm 7.

Take them guys . . . your sons AND your daughters.  It doesn't matter how old they are.  If they want to go, TAKE THEM !!! Trust me, you will come out of the woods with something so much more rewarding and valuable than any big buck could ever bring you !!!
