Get hit by car sue the car maker.........get a paper cut sue the tree.........eat some bad sushi sue the ocean.........bad sex with the wife sue her parents........

It'll happen. You already see people suing their parents because they had to pay for their own college, didn't get the allowance they felt they deserved, don't want to move out of parent's house, etc...

I know the movie Idiocracy was a satire comedy, but man it seems like we're headed that way....

You can sue a ham sandwich. Doesn’t mean you’re going to win your case and if you do, it could wind it’s way all the way up to the Supreme Court.

Which means the manufacturer still loses , because even if they win the expense of going to court are astronomical

While this law might be new it isn't a new concept. The "Newtown" families have been in a legal battle with Remington for years. The SC refused to hear Remington's arguments against the case moving forward which basically meant people are free to sue gun manufacturers. Last I read Remington had offered a settlement. Not sure what ever happened considering REM went bankrupt and was sold off in pieces.

I think it is time for the advocates of gun carry that get victimized and are not able to carry SUE THE ANTI GROUPS FOR PREVENTING THEM FROM BEING ABLE TO PROTECT THEMSELVES !!

Over the years the US has sent many of its fine young men & women into great peril to fight for freedom beyond our borders. The only amount of land we have ever asked for in return, is enough to bury those that did not return. COLIN POWELL
