Hunterdon Deer Butcher

After reading comments about Hunterdon Deer butcher I wanted to give them a try, I butcher most of my deer myself but like to take 1 or 2 a year to get specialty items  . In the past ive used Elys with the laws changing I wanted a NJ Butcher  . Well they hit it out of the park , I ordered hot dogs , Keilbasa and snack sticks they are by far the best Ive ever had. Was a 1.5 hour ride but well worth it .  if your looking for a great butcher give them a try .

Jimmy is the best dude around!! I've been using him for years. Cleanest shop, awesome specialty meats, quickest turn around time & great workers. I recommend him to everyone. His work ethic is 2nd to none. He made my son feel like a Rockstar in October with his 1st deer ever!!

Jimmy's shop seems like turnarounds are quick since he does the work and he took my deer right in upon arrival!
