He’s not close, but is the only butcher I use. His is also an HHH shop. Cleanest I’ve seen and he is inspected. He’s a great guy as well. In the off season, he’s a trout fishing fool!  Although I like all his specialty work, the snack stix are what gets eaten first every time. Can’t recommend them enough.
