As I said to all others, then DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, buy locally in NJ stores. We should not support them, these law suite problem are in every state, they wont fight the NJ  politicians.

You won’t have anything to buy when the manufacturer goes out of business .

There are plenty of stores in NJ to get what we need, if you take their BS then you are supporting their decision. BUY LOCAL AND SUPPORT THE BUSINESSES THAT SUPPORT YOU

and thats exactly what they want everyone suing the gun companies those selling the guns and ammo I seen a video recently the guy was saying cabbalas / bass pro has been internally talking about pulling all guns and ammo from the shelves.

Then companies need to learn the laws of the state and follow them, its the cost of doing business. Buy local and support NJ Business

I agree with the buy local. I follow that whenever possible.

BUT why take the crazy laws NJ has enacted out on cables?

Guys and gals, if you visit other states and read their gun laws they do not have anything close to the restrictions NJ has.

Also, the AG of NJ started lawsuits or sending letters to companies requesting purchase lists of people. Who would want to deal with it?

The issues in NJ are a state issue. The only people who can help are the voters and residence of NJ.

Look at VA. All those people getting rail roaded.

I really suggest moving. I moved along time ago and really am happier than fighting every day.

But I get the frustration.

FPC  - "Without either the first or second amendment, we would have no liberty; the first allows us to find out what's happening, the second allows us to do something about it! The second will be taken away first, followed by the first and then the rest of our freedoms." - Andrew Ford

you do understand if any shop sells ammo that is used in a crime of any kind they can be sued . that is my point I think part of this is companies trying not to be sued out of existence.

Yeah but that goes the same for the same stores selling ammo in the store. Sell to NJ or NJ residents should boycott the store

I said before I am not happy with cabelas myself but in this instance I can see some of he problems they face knowing the laws does little good if someone can just sue because ammo used in a crime was bought bought off them and liberal states are probably more prone to that..

I can go into Cabelas and buy all the ammo I want but they wont ship it. The law suits apply to any sale not just mail order.  BUY LOCAL ANDSUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS BOYCOTT CABELAS AND ANYOTHER THAT WONT SHIP TO NJ
