Oh hell yeah I know that property.  When i was in Hyper Humus Sportsman club (now all that WMA) all my best bow stands were along that property line because my club was all wetlands but that property was all cedars, hardwoods, and fields and held all the deer. Actually the two properties to the left (south) of it were the honey holes just choked with cedars and hardwoods.    God I wish I know then - what I know now about bowhunting deer.     I was such an idiot and spooked more deer walking in and out than I ever saw.

The house is white as can be not a spot of color.. the property is beautiful.  600 and it’s an investment. Fix the house, lease the property to a club..  not worth near 1 Mill.never come close to getting that. Hudson Farms will probably pick it up...
