Fawn Rescue

So I see this Fawn walking up and down the side of the road when I pulled out of my hunting spot.  There was a rise of about 3 feet that the Fawn couldn't manage to get up. So I stopped my truck and approached it and it immediately crouched down motionless. I grabbed it and it let out a loud BAAAAAAH which scared the crap out of me. So I dropped it but went after it again and picked it up. This time it didn't complain so I walked it over to a low spot and tossed it up into the field. There was no sign of the Doe around so I don't know what the ending is to the story. I told my Wife the story and showed her the picture and she was proud of me. LOL. Then she said, "Make sure you don't kill it hunting season". I said, "I put a tag on it so I would know". LOL I can't speak for the rest of the guys though. LOL

The mother was hit by a car and she gave birth to the twin fawns.
